Step 1: Enter the passcode to access the main gate

We know that safety and privacy are important for all guests at Palmera. Therefore there is a passcode for staying guests to enter and exit the gate, ensuring privacy and security.

Press the EXIT button when you want to exit the gate!

Call 0775 597 775 to have us provide you with the passcode!

Step 3: Move to the elevator and go to your room

Walk through the corridor in front of the swimming pool, where you will find the building’s elevator. Based on your room card (the first digit is 2 or 3), press the button for the appropriate floor, where you will find your room.

Step 4: Enter the room & activate the electricity

After locating your room, scan your card into the lock, enter the room, and insert the card into the slot to activate the room’s electrical system.

Step 2: Receive your key card

Each room at Palmera has its own key card, which will be handed to you in person by reception staff. Or, if you checked in online, we will leave it in the first compartment of the Coffee Bar cabinet.

On each card, we mark the floor and room number you have been assigned, so it’s easy to recognize your room.

Don’t forget to send us an image of your citizen identity card / personal identification
